DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
Novaiptv4k respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the removal of any infringing material and for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users of our service who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our designated copyright agent via the information provided below. For your notification to be effective under the DMCA, it must include the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our service, including sufficient detail to permit us to find and verify its existence.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you have posted on our service was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. For your counter-notification to be effective under the DMCA, it must include the following information:
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which our service is located, or if our service is located outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Novaiptv4k has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Novaiptv4k may also limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Important Notes
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
All notifications and counter-notifications must comply with the requirements of the DMCA. Notifications that do not substantially comply with the DMCA requirements will not be considered effective notices and will not be responded to.
Content Removal Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Novaiptv4k will:
- Expeditiously review the notification to determine if it meets the requirements of the DMCA.
- If the notification is valid, remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material.
- Notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
- Take reasonable steps to notify the alleged infringer of the removal or disablement.
